Although I am happy, comfortable with my provider position, and satisfied with my hobbies and personal life, I have recently ran into some long-term medical concerns that may affect my life significantly. I have been struggling to tend to my garden and work on my blankets because of my arthritis. Also, I have found it more difficult to take care of my daycare responsibilities due to the onset of neuropathy in my feet. Lastly, I have been deferring my book club responsibilities to my friend, Janet, because my retinitis pigmentosa is making it difficult to read. Finally, I was recently diagnosed with gradual hearing loss.
